🎨 Final Sale & Grading
All presale purchases are final sale. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed unless Great Stone Dragon is unable to fulfill the order.
Enamel pins are handmade and may contain minor manufacturing variations. Pins are graded under natural lighting at arm's length and are not inspected for microscopic flaws.

Presale Grade pins are the highest-quality pins selected from the production batch. They may still include minor manufacturing imperfections that are generally not noticeable at arm's length.
Manufacturing characteristics shared across an entire production run may still be considered acceptable production quality.

Orders containing presale, preorder, and in-hand items will ship together once all items are in hand. If you would like in-hand items sooner, please place separate orders.
