Thank you for shopping at Great Stone Dragon! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your orders will be shipped.


📦 Processing & Fulfillment

In-stock items

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

Presale/Preorder items

  • Presale and preorder items have extended production timelines. Please refer to each listing for estimated timelines.

  • Orders will ship once all items in the order are in hand.

  • If an item cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued.


International Disney Pickup Orders

  • Paris pickup items are collected once per month. All orders are shipped to us at the end of the release month or beginning of the following month.

  • Once received, your order will be shipped out within 48 hours (usually sooner).

  • This consolidated shipping method helps reduce shipping costs for everyone.


📍Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on current carrier pricing and depend on your location and the weight of your package.

International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes associated with their shipment.


📬 Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at greatstonedragonpins@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve it as best we can.


📝 Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or combine multiple orders, please reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
