At Great Stone Dragon, all sales are considered final. Due to the limited edition, collectible, and made to order nature of many of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:
Manufacturing delays, shipping delays, or extended production timelines do not qualify for refunds. By placing a preorder or presale order, customers acknowledge that fantasy pin production timelines may range from 3 to 6 months or longer depending on manufacturing and shipping conditions.

Great Stone Dragon is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
