Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. This includes pre-orders, in-hand items, and partial payments. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, putbacks, or buyer’s remorse.

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., due to a supplier issue or inventory error), a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details, and we will do our best to make it right.
